1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and FightTech ("we", "us") governing your use of the HD Video Player mobile application and related services (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. The App
The App is a media player that plays videos and music that are already on your device. It provides playback, a media library, playlists, subtitles, format conversion, a private vault, and related tools. It does not host, stream, or provide any media content — you are responsible for the files you choose to play.
3. Licence
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the rules of the app store you obtained it from.
4. Your content
- You keep all rights to the videos, music, and files you play or import. The App processes them locally on your device; we do not upload, collect, or claim ownership of your content.
- You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to access, play, convert, or store any file you use with the App, and for complying with applicable copyright and other laws.
5. Premium, subscriptions & free trial
The App is free to use with ads. You may optionally purchase Premium, which removes ads and unlocks additional features, as either an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. The plans and prices shown in the App at the time of purchase apply.
- A subscription may include a free trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription and the applicable price is charged.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel a subscription any time in your Google Play account (Play Store → Subscriptions). Cancelling stops future renewals; the current paid period continues until it expires.
- The lifetime option is a single payment that unlocks Premium features for the supported lifetime of the App on the purchasing account; it is not a subscription and does not renew.
6. Payments & refunds
All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. We never receive or store your payment details. Prices may include taxes depending on your region. Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy and the applicable consumer laws of your country; we are unable to process payments or refunds outside of Google Play.
7. Advertising
The free version of the App is supported by ads served through Google AdMob. Your use of ad-supported features is subject to our Privacy Policy. Upgrading to Premium removes ads.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to play or distribute content you are not authorised to use;
- copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App, except to the extent permitted by law;
- resell, rent, or redistribute the App, or circumvent, disable, or interfere with security, licensing, ads, or Premium entitlement checks;
- use the App in a way that could damage, disable, or impair it or interfere with others' use.
9. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services including Google Play Billing, Google AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms and privacy policies.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, file format, or codec.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FightTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data or media files, arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including your statutory consumer rights.
12. Changes to the App or these Terms
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features of the App, and we may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including content ownership, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and without limiting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
